Very durable and the perfect size to fit everything you need. It kept my drink cold for a 2 hour ride.

The cooler itself is nice, but the zippers are god awful. One of the handles snapped off, and the other zipper loosened from the teeth. I highly recommend looking for a third party cooler.

Easily clipped into the connect+ system once I had the correct latch bracket on it. Instructions would have made this more clear to the end-user but support pointed me in the right direction. Good size without being too bulky.
Assembly was simple. Push down on the inside of the bottom of the bag when installing the screws as the hard plastic piece bows up (all plastic parts have some bow to them – just the nature of the material and its manufacturing process).
Overall, the construction is solid. The sides are reinforced with stiffening material and the main outer skin has worn well for being so lightweight. I love how much reflective material it has – it really adds to nighttime visibility. The zippers have worked well and feel solid.
However, I’ve had several of the loops that hold the elastic cord come undone. It’s as if the ends of the loops are barely in the stitch, so at least one end pull out. I’ve had to apply stitch glue to the remaining end and sew the other end to it. I don’t use th elastic cord much, mostly to hold mail between my mailbox and my garage and to hold my cycling gloves, gaitor or balaclava, none of which puts much stress in the cord and on those loops.
The part that offers a place to clip on a rear blinker light also tore through recently, after only a few months of use. It started tearing as soon as I clipped on a light. It seems to be made of the same material as the reflective stripe. The fabric reinforcement of the plastic sheeting material is too weak and doesn’t resist tearing. It’s enough to hold it together through the cutting, handling and sewing processes, but it isn’t capable of holding up to its intended use. I will sew on some Nylon strap material scavenged from a cargo strap or old belt in its place, which is the type of material that should be used for this purpose.
If it weren’t for these annoying and avoidable material or sewing issues, I would have given this trunk bag 5 out of 5 stars.
