The bike is great Getting the bike was the worst . First the bike came damaged. The front rim was bent. Customer service told me to take it to a shop to get repaired because it wasn't true. The shop could not guarantee it would be true. Call back customer service. They sent me a third party rim That was not the same as the original it was smaller. The tube would not fit. Customer service told me that they don't send oem rims it would take months to get. Had to complain that I'm going to return the bike back to the San Diego shop. Customer service then said we can give you a Rim off a demo bike. So I drove two and a half hours there to get a used rim off a demo bike and have them install it . Then three hours home because of traffic . They should of gave me a discount off my bike or some merch for the inconvenience and gas wasted to go to san diego

Fantastic bike. Class III hardtail for 2K? Amazing! Well equipped, too. I especially appreciate the great motor - nearly silent with a natural feeling power curve. I also like the dropper post and tubeless ready tires. I'm a 71 y.o. road bike rider who now finds himself making time to ride this bike instead. I haven't ridden my road bike in month!

Great bike, very impressed. Was quickly ready to go out of the box. Gears, brakes, shocks, dropper all tuned and haven't needed adjusting after about 100km of single-track in the Rockies of BC Canada. I cut the bars down an inch each side, more agile now, and changed the seat. Feels very smooth, 4 motor levels are just right, feels lighter than it is. Should get years of trail use.

Incredibly fun bike. I’ve not been able to get it to a trail yet, but just biking in the neighborhood is great. The motor is essentially silent when riding and very fluid. Really an incredible value. I’m 5’11”. I went with the large size in Galaxy Grey. It fits me well, but I’m sure the medium would have fit too. I’m probably in between sizes.

Out of the box this bike was pretty good but did need a little derailer adjustment. After a few minutes of adjusting the B tension and one of the ends stops, the bike stopped chain skipping the lowest gear under high torque. I haven't had a chance to ride it on any hard trails yet but it seems very powerful and the best part is that its almost completely silent! The display is awesome and has a ton of info that you can access. My favorite is the sport screen with pedal input watts VS motor output watts. On boost mode the bike easily pushes 3-400% and is very smooth. It would be nice to be able to switch it to Class 1 so I could enter local e-mtb races but there isn't that option. The "smart BMS" isn't very smart imo. You cannot connect or read any type of faults, temperature or voltages, total or individual cell. This was almost a deal breaker for me but the company that makes the batteries seems to be quality. Speed - I've had it up to 32mph and the fork lockout is nice when you really want to hammer down! This bike actually makes pedaling fun again. For the price, its tough to beat.

I want to congratulate the Ride1Up team. My bike arrived today. The support available from the day I ordered until I used the assembly video to breeze me through setup needs to be mentioned as everything was as advertised and above board. This is why it pays to buy American! The best value for your money in the components provided with the Trailrush. I was just about to pull the trigger on another mid-level eMTB when I found this bike. The components were one grade better on the other bike in some areas, but over $2000 more. I couldn’t justify spending the extra $2000, so I opted for the Trailrush. Now that my bike has arrived, I was able to put it together in less than an hour and it rides like a dream. The only suggestion I can make is that perhaps you guys offer rear suspension or a suspension seat post. Going back to the customer service, QA/QC process, and the fact that my bike required very little assembly cannot be understated. Great job Ride1Up team and keep up the good work! So satisfied with my decision.
This was a gift to a friend that saved my life. He truly enjoys riding this bike because now he can keep up with me on every trail ride we venture on. Thank you for creating this bike that was affordable to me.
