Exactly what I wanted. Ordered this to switch out for my 700 series class 3 commuter because it was too heavy to keep carrying up and down steps. The v3 is so light and totally stealth mode so I don’t feel like an ass for using bike paths and my knees thank me every time I leave for work seeing as it’s nearly 30 pounds lighter. Feels great to ride too though I missed the power of the 700 series at first. But the slower average speed doesn’t actually add more than a minute or two to my commute and it’s a much more relaxing ride. I was worried about the lack of suspension but the ride is smooth. Got the spare battery too so I haven’t even sacrificed my range. I found the seat to be very comfortable as well and to top it off, it just looks really cute.

Nice quality and detailing.
It is difficult to adjust the derailer to be free of noise.

Glad to be back riding a Ride1Up. The seat could be a bit more comfortable but other than that, I’m glad I switched from my Wing bike (3.9k miles)

The bike is absolutly amazing. Worked perfectly, easy to set up, it looks great, the 10 speed gears are very help, I was easly climbing ~15% slopes.

The battery charge indicator is not accurate though as the battery starts running way faster for the last 60% compared to the first 40% of charge. And I had

We bought the Roadster V3 hoping to upgrade the tires to tubeless (as the product video suggested), but that turned out to be a bust — you can’t reliably run it tubeless, which is disappointing since my daughter kept getting flat tires. On the plus side, the bike rides nicely: it’s lightweight, handles well, and the motor + drivetrain feel solid when everything works. Unfortunately the battery doesn’t hold a charge as long as we hoped, which limits range and convenience. We reached out to customer service after the 30-day return window and didn’t get much help — so we’re planning to sell and invest in a “better” ride. Decent bike if you accept its limits, but not what we needed.

We love our new bikes and in a short time, have put many miles on them! We’re looking forward to a much longer riding “season” by no longer caring about hills or wind direction!

this bike has exceeded my expectations in a number of ways. i’m giving it 4/5 stars because it could be improved in a couple areas (minor creaks, weight distribution, could use one additional faster gear, stock pedals are crappy), but it is otherwise excellent. power assist feels smooth and natural, headlight is bright, frame is sleek and lightweight, suspension does its job well enough, drivetrain shifts responsively, tires and brakes are well-matched to the frame. i could go on!

I have found this to be the perfect mixture of gravel bike, roadworthy-bike, and lightness mixed with battery power when you need it.
