I put it on my rev1 drt with a tap of the hammer to get the holes aligned the brackets fit perfectly. I tighten the rear spring when I drop my daughter off at school.

I love the seat , not only is it compatible for a passenger, it’s convenient for the rider to change posture by extending sitting position. My only concern is the missing bolts for the pegs, I had to improvise with my own unfortunately and I was disappointed to not have any for something worth $100.

Love it, love the bike. Only suggestion is I had to mod it ever so slightly to get it to fit on the DRT. It would be nice if you moved the holes 1/8″ on either the DRT or the seat so it worked on both the FS and the DRT. But just a little bit of drilling fixed it.

I’m guessing it will be great, once I get it. I didn’t realize that it would come in a separate box from the bike and didn’t think until after the delivery team left. I did ask if there was another box, they said no, but there was. The customer support to track it down and get it to me has been incredible.

The kit itself was comfortable to sit on and easy to install, but my Revv 1 seems to have a defect: the hole at the back of the bike where the passenger kit gets inserted into was too tight and the kit didn’t properly fit. I needed to use a mallet to get the kit fully inserted and needed to use WD-40 to remove it.

I didn’t bother putting the seat extension on, because my butt is so small and I take passengers so rarely that it’s not worth the extra weight and ugly looks. I bought this exclusively for the pegs, which are good not only for passengers, but for me to stretch out on when on long rides.

The pegs are great, completely silent (no rattle) when folded, and very solid when unfolded. The grip on them is great as well, and they perfectly match the aesthetic of the bike.

The only reason I’m taking one star off is that one of my two pegs apparently didn’t get the final rounding/chamfering operation done to it. It was so sharp that I’ve managed to accidentally cut my leg twice on the tip of it. After the second time, I took a file to it, and rounded it down myself, and it’s worlds better now. Looks a little battle damaged but eh, worth it.

I wasn’t able to insert it, the seat frame is slightly too large but Ride1Up sent me a replacement right away
