Unhappy with the original stock battery longevity, bike and battery has less than 200 miles on it, won’t take a charge. Suspecting blown fuse which is internal/ no access? Suggestion, redesign battery case with access to fuses externally.

After a year, my partner’s 700 bike & battery are still going strong. This second battery is to swap out, and extend the life of both batteries. Also I enjoy the benefit of extended distance when carrying both batteries on a long ride. Price seems for a battery of 15ah & custom fit.

I have two 700 series bikes. Right from start batteries shut down with 25 percent left. Like bike, dissatisfied with batteries.

The battery itself works fine, but I didn’t need a battery. I was trying to get an issue diagnosed over the phone and was promptly told I needed a new battery. It sounded a little suspicious considering there could’ve been a number of reasons my ebike stopped working.. but I went ahead and bought a new battery which of course didn’t solve the issue. Now I have two batteries and a bike that still doesn’t work.

Old battery’s still OK. Can probably 25 miles. Thought it best to get another now b/c of Trump’s tariffs.

It’s just a bit concerning when this bike(700 Series)wins awards and accolades for multiple years and is then taken out of production. You’re not making me feel confident. I personally encouraged friends to specifically buy the 700 Series.
I had planned to own this bike for a looong time…what happens when I need parts? Frustrating. Not feeling good, once again, about the private American “entrepreneur “. But, the 700 Series has been everything I had hoped for in an EBike!
