The rack’s fine. Light weight and fits well but it came with the wrong hardware for installation. Customer service was very helpful but wasn’t able to install it for awhile until I got the correct bolts.

This rack was an absolute nightmare to install and I needed to have at least 3 or 4 hands to put it together. Once on, it’s fine and I’m sure will function as intended. On the low step bike, the frame attachment point requires a longer screw than what was sent with the rack.

this rack is okay now but took some work to get set up. shipped with bolts that were too small, large cargo basket couldn’t fully clip onto the rack so it flew off while biking. brought to the san diego shop and the crew fixed everything, but it should’ve been easier to set up than it was. if i didn’t live in san diego i probably would’ve returned it.

I was hesitant to add more weight to the great Roadster V3 V3, but found this to be a great compromise.

Rack is great. Might have to change my pannier to get a better fit, but using for now to carry the Litelok X1.
